Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 3 years of general experience in supplying similar goods.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 2 (Two) years of Tk. 8 lac (eight lac) for Package-HAU/GOODS/25-26/OTM/2 in a single work-order.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk50 lac (fifty lac) for Package- HAU/GOODS/25-26/OTM/2 . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk.8 lac (eight lac) for HAU/GOODS/25-26/OTM/2 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of the publishing tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate
(v) Must have distributorship certificate
(vi)Original maufacturer authorization certificate
(vii) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.
G) JVCA is not allowed
