* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000 ~ 300000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Updated copy of valid trade license.
2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate.
3. Updated vat registration certificate.
4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of credit According to PG3-8 Form.
5. The tenderer must submit a bank statement for the last 03 Month as of November 30, 2025.
6. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy.
7. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all work experience at least 03 years.
8. Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted.
9. In case of violation of any of the conditions mentioned in the schedule, the purchase order will be cancelled without any notice, the security deposit will be forfeited to the government and the bidder will be blacklisted.
10. The successful bidder will have to pay VAT and income tax as per government rules.
11. The price of the goods supplied will be paid subject to receipt of government financial allocation. No pressure can be given for that.
12. The contractor or supplier will have to deliver fire wood to the highway police ration store in Cumilla at their own expense.
13. Firewood must be well-cut and dry.
