Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlisted contractors in any Government organization who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http://www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
(b) Liquid Asset is BDT 5.00 Lakh.
(c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(single) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025), in a single work order of minimum value at least BDT 5.00 Lakh.
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 12.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(e) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
(f) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and NID.
(g) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branch/Led up to 17:00 on 17/12/2025.
(h) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd).
(i) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
(j) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
(k) The tenderer who have not completed the work within the stipulated time without valid reason, those contractors will not be considered as responsive bidder. Those contractors Madaripur Division of HED will not allow participating in tendering process.
