Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions are required:
a) Attested copy of the upto date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, Nationality Certificate must be submitted with the tender documents.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the works shall be 03 (Three) years (Year counting backward from the tender publication date in e-GP).
c) A satisfactory completion of similar works at least Tk. 21.00 (Twenty one lac) under a single of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the tender publication date in e-GP).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen lac) only. The issue date of bank certificate/working capital or credit facilities/statement must be maximum 03 (Three) Months backward from the tender publication date in e-GP.
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen lac) over the last 03 (Three) years.
f) Equipment list and key person list must be submitted with tender documents.
g) Other detail terms and condition specified in the STD.
