Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (01) number of similar contract completed during last 5 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper: Similar nature of work means completion of Similar nature valued Tk. 3.00 Lakh in a single Contract (Building Work) under Public fund.

2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 4.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper.

3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 Lakh in the prescribed form (PW2A).. The liquid asset certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation.

4. The minimum capacity shall be TK. 3.00 Lac.

5. Abnormal rates are not acceptable in all items of this tender. According to PPR-2025, if a bidder submits such an abnormal bid.TEC is not bound to accept the lowest rate proposal. If the conditions mentioned in the request for notice are not met, TEC can make the tenderer Non-responsive.

6) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.

7) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.

8) The defaulter Contractor of HED are not allowed to Participate in this Tender Process.
