1. The Tenderer must submit a certified photocopy of Valid Trade License, updated upto June 2026.
2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Last Assessment Year).
3. Must submit a certified photocopy of VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN).
4. Submit a Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 2.5 Lakhs from any scheduled Bank.
