Eligibility criteria:
13.1.a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [3 (Three)] years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
13.1.b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [1 (One)] contract(s) of [Construction] successfully completed within the last [5 (Five)] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
14.1.b. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) financial years or best 5 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years.
14.1.c. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lakh). Bank Statement as liquied asset shall not be allowed. Supporting necessary documents required any one or combination of the following: 1. Working capital: authenticated by recent past audit reports. 2. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account. 3. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the formate as specified in the Form e-PW3D-8.
