Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to :
1.Valid Trade License
2.Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (insert assessment year)
3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN)
Special Instruction:
1. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
2. Work certificate which is issued by the PE ( Procuring Entity) and executed by public fund will only be considered as an qualification criteria.
3. The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment by his own for execution of work .
4. Test fee for the required test (as per direction of engineer in charge) conducted during / after the work to be paid by the contractor.
5. Before and after the execution of work videos and pictures have to be taken by the contractor on his own and submitted to the PE which representing the actual situation of work.
6. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
7. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order
