Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1800000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. [a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) or 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12,80,000/-(Taka Twelve lakh eighty thousand only).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual
commitments is (Form PG2-7) Tk. 16,58,000/-(Taka Sixteen Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Only). [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(4) Attested copics of Valid Trade License as Supplier, VAT Registration,TIN certificate; Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2024-2025 or 2025-2026 year]; e-BIN (13 Digits) & Income Tax certificate must have to submitted.
(5) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(6) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(7) Authorisation letter from Manufacturer (only for Suppliers). [Authorisation letter must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(Others as per TDS).
