Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be registered in e-GP Web portal
2. Fulfilling the conditions as stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should carefully read and follow the instructions of ITT Clauses.
4. Tenderers shall have to fillup necessary information and attached (map) necessary documents in the specified forms and locations in the e-gp web portal. Incompleteness of tender will be treated as non-responsive tender.
Special Instructions:
(a) Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
(b) Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) and executed by the public fund will only be considered as a qualification criteria.
(c) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of the work order with decreased quantity of the work.
(d) The tenderer will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract contract for performance of the works.
(e) Latest govt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
(f) The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment by his own for execution of work. Test fee for the required test (as per direction of engineer in charge) conducted during/after the work to be paid by the contractor.
(g) Before and after the execution of the work vedios and pictures have to be taken by the contractor on his own and submitted to the PE which represents the actual situation of work.
(h) Taskforce measurement report, uploaded BWDB specification and taskforce guideline must be followed by the contractor.
