NB: Tenderer shall quote the rate by considering additional 2.5% VAT with adjustment factor for PWD following the NBR order 2025 (SRO 182-Act/2025/310-VAT). As per the serial number-5 of the National Board of Revenue's S.R.O. No.-182-Act/2005/310-VAT, 10% VAT has been imposed on PWD, and since the current rate schedule of the Public Works Department includes 7.5% VAT, the current OEC has been prepared by adjusting the remaining (10%-7.5%) = 2.5% VAT adjustment factor.
