Eligibility criteria:
-The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the civil construction, repair/renovation work as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor should be minimum 5 years in gov./semi gov./ Autonomous body.
-The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in civil construction, repair/renovation and at least 1 no contract of above nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of Tk 9 Lac in gov./semi gov./ Autonomous body.
-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 9.000 Lac over the last 5 years 5*9=45.000 Lakh.
-The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 9 Lac.
-Other eligibility of the tenderer are as per TDS.
