Brief Description of Package: Hiring of 03 (three) Microbuses on monthly basis for 07 (seven) months including monthly vehicle rent, fuel cost, driver salary, and related support services to ensure smooth and timely official activities of the Directorate of Medical Education.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply works as prime contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Car Rental), successfully completed within the last 2 (years), with a value of at least Tk-10 lakh
3. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 10 lakh
4. The invitation to Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Supply Work in any Govt./semi. Govt./Autonomous body.
5. The make/brand shall be proposed by the bidder. The proposed make/brand must be of reputed quality.
6. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Updated Valid Trade License.
ii) Updated BIN.
iii) Updated TIN Number.
iv) National ID.
v) Business Address.
8. Documents of the rented car must be submitted with tender.
