Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible civil tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Scanned copy original Up to date Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Liquid asset supported documents
B)Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc..
(C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)number of similar nature of HBB road and Drain including civil, sanitary works of Tk. 6.50 (Six Point five) Crore from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc..
(D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3(three) years amounting of Tk. 5.00 (Five Point Zero Zero) Crore from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc.
(F) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilitiesof the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 ( Two Point Zero Zero) Crore . Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW3-8), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & 4) of tender documents must be fulfilled
(F) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
G) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
H) The final bill will be paid after having successful completion Certificate from the requiring body.
vii) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
