Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 866666 ~ 2600000.

Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors who have general experience in construction works, having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work, i.e., construction of buried pipeline for irrigation, with a minimum work order value of Tk. 7.0 (seven) lakh under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender. The certificates should be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive grade.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.0 (Eight) lakh. Documents submitted with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the tender submission date and must be submitted along with the tender.
The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 7.0 (seven) lakh during the last 5 years.
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased according to field condition/design/ budget allocation, so that no claim will be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
Bidders can bid for all tenders in the same package, but are awarded only two.
