Brief Description of Package: Provision of 01 (One) Nos Driver for Executive Engineer (Staff Officer), Public Works Zone, Rajshahi on a fully temporary basis as per outsourcing policy.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General Experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) Reputed Service Providers who have specific experience of Providing Driver in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of Similar service completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a minimum number of Driver 01 (One) Nos of value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac in a single contract.
(c) The required average annual Service turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac and Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in e-PPS2-5 form published by CPTU.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.
(f)The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate and Up-to-date Trade License.
(g) The intending tenderer must comply to all terms and conditions of The Outsourcing Policy'2025 issued by Government of Bangladesh
(h) Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
