* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2833333 ~ 8500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have:
a) General experience of three (03)years.
b) Valid trade license (FY 2025-26).
c) Valid tax clearance certificate Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-2025.
d) Valid VAT & TIN certificate .
e) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Generator (60KVA) (Goods) of at least Tk. 20.00 Lakh (Twenty Lakh) under a single contract as a similar works within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh where the package contains more than one (1) Generator. (Completion Certificate Must be submitted) Otherwise tenderer will non-responsive.
g) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 30.00 (Thirty Lakh only). Formate Follow as per ePG2 STDs.
h) Valid Manufacture/s Authorization letter for the proposed Generator.
i) Valid Agencyship certificate for the proposed Generator.
j) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of Concerned District.
k) Authorization letter of the tenderer. (Mentioning tender ID & works name in official Letter Pad
l) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in ITT, GCC, TDS & PCC of this tender.
