* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 12000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of electro-mechanical works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac in a single contract under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 05 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date valid VAT & TIN registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up-to-date Trade License and up-to-date ABC/BC electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
