The Tenderer must have-
Must have valid Trade License (renewed for the FY 2025-26) with payment deposit receipt.
Certificate of Incorporation incease of Company for affidavit for proprietorship business.
Valid & updated State License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE)
Experience in similar work with completion certificates (No NOA or Agreement will be acceptable)- from at least 03 (Three) clients in last 05 (Five) years.
Minimum average annual turnover- not less than BDT 70,00,000 (Seventy Lakhs) per year.
