Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1100000 ~ 3300000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.All the tenderers must be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.
2. All individual(s)/firm(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization.
Special Instruction:
1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available fund as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
3. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. Liquid asset certificate/Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the prescribed format (form PW2a-8) as line of credit attached in section 7 (General Specification). otherwise tenderer will be non responsive. Form e-PW2A-8 has been attached in Section 7 (General Specification) or may downloaded from CPTU website.
5. Tenderers must fill and submit the annual turnover calculation excel sheet and Work in Hand / On-going Work Information word file with care attached in section 7 (General Specification).
6. Payment will be made after getting fund.
7. VAT/Income Taxes shall be implied as per latest circular of NBR.
8. PPR-2025 shall be followed for this work. Furthermore Latest circular of CPTU & CPC of BWDB will be followed.
9. Similar work means Hydrological Discharge/ Water level/ Rainfall data collection only.&
