5. Tender Security shall be TK. 950/- (Taka Nine Hundred Fifty) (Per Set) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
6. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Letter of Commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30000/- (Taka Thirty Thousand) (Per Set) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive..
7. This will be a Framework Agreement and the Supplier will be bound to provide the similar items at the same price for the next two years.
8. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying Goods as Prime Supplier shall be 5 years.
9. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Supplier in supplying goods under public sector of at least 1(One) contract of Minimum 400000/- i.e. contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/supply technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
10. Last 05 years will be counted backward from [ FY: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 ]
