Brief Description of Package: 1) High quality white flour by grinding wheat

2) As per the instructions of the Police Headquarters, the flour must be packaged in high-quality transparent polypacks of 2 kg and 5 kg (market-standard) and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date must be clearly mentioned on the package.

3) The wheat allocated each month, the transport contractor will transport it to the mill by himself, and after grinding the wheat, the transport contractor will be responsible for transporting the milled flour to the police ration store at his own expense and storing it in the warehouse.

4) The wheat bags supplied from the government warehouse must be deposited in the ration store along with the delivery invoice.

5) Before grinding wheat, it must be thoroughly cleaned, including hullering.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 7500000.

7) Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted
8) Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate.
9) Must have a wheat grinding mill or submit a contract with the mill owner with location/address of the mill along with all supporting documents.
10) For warehousing the monthly allotted wheat, the bidder must have a secure warehouse adjacent to the mill with a capacity of 80 MT.
