* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (01) number of similar contract completed during last 5 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper: Similar nature of work means completion of Similar nature valued Tk. 8.00 Lakh in a single Contract (Building Work) under Public fund.
2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 7.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 Lakh. The liquid asset certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
4. Pre Work And Post Work Video And Still Photograph Must Be Taken In Presence of HED Official And End User.
5. Abnormal rates are not acceptable in all items of this tender. According to PPR-2025, if a bidder submits such an abnormal bid.TEC is not bound to accept the lowest rate proposal. If the conditions mentioned in the request for notice are not met, TEC can make the tenderer Non-responsive.
