Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 02 (Two) Contracts of any kind of Civil/Mechanical/Instruments related Maintenance Works/Construction Works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with cumulative contract value of at least Taka 25,00,000/-(Twenty Five Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Taka 60,00,000/-(Sixty Lac) over the last 03 (Three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 Five) financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Taka 35,00,000/-(Thirty Five Lac).
