Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience as Prime Contractor of the tenderer shall be 05(five) Years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years as Prime Contractor, with a value of at least Tk. 10,30,000/- (Taka Ten Lakh Thirty Thousand)Only. Or 02(two) contracts within the last 03 (Three) years as Prime Contractor, each with a value of at least Tk. 5,50,000/- (Taka Five Lakh Fifty Thousand)Only.
3. The tenderer must submit with it's e-tender the following documents :
a) Updated Trade License, Income Tax & VAT Registration Certificate with updated clearance certificate.
b) Required Experience Certificate/Work Completion Certificate(with BOQ/Schedule) proving authenticity of specific experience. NOA/Work Order/Purchase Order/Payment Certificate shall not be granted as Experience Certificate/Work Completion certificate.
4. The Tenderer’s/Manufacturer’s as per tender requirements shall provide all information besides these the following information has to be submitted along with the tender otherwise bid will be rejected.
a. Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manual in English
b. Original manufacturer’s printed catalogue in English.
c. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter.(Manufacturers to Tenderer)
d. Manufacturer’s EMC Certificate of Conformity
e. Manufacturer’s valid ISO Certificate.
f. Manufacturer’s EU/CE Certificate of Conformity
g. Manufacturer’s Safety Certificate of Conformity.
