Eligibility criteria:
All stages of the procurement process must be followed in accordance with PPR 2025.
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
Must have an updated ABC category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisor License from the Electrical Licensing Board.
Must have a minimum of 5 (five) Years of Experience in Electrical Equipment Installation.
As per the tender conditions, the bidder must submit a certificate of experience in constructing a 400-KVA electrical substation worth a minimum of 90 (ninety) lakh taka within the last 5 years as Specific Experience.
The Authorization Letter from the Transformer Manufacturer must be submitted along with the tender.
A Type Test Certificate (Within Last 5 Years From IFT) issued by an internationally Accredited Independent laboratory (IEC Standard) for a minimum of 500-KVA transformer must be submitted with the tender.
The required average annual Electrical Equipments Turnover Shall be greater than TK 60.00 Lakh over the last 05 (five) years.
