Eligibility of Tenderer:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 years of experience in supplying Similar Goods in Public/Private Universities with completion Certificate of Supply.
(b) To submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
(c) To submit the Financial Solvency Certificate (issued after publishing date of this Tender) with mentioning amount from a scheduled Bank as per TDS.
(d) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
