Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.

Eligibility criteria:
Experience of successfully completing at least 03 contracts for the provision of goods and related services within the last 05 years, each of which has a minimum value of at least 13,00,000 (thirteen lakhs) taka. Otherwise, the bidder will be considered non-responsive regardless of experience.
The bidder's minimum available assets such as working capital or loan allocation will be 12,00,000 (twelve lakhs) taka. The work completion certificate must be provided. After the publication of this notice, a solvency certificate from the bank must be provided with the proposal, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive.
In the case of a limited company, the proposal submission authorization certificate must be submitted.
1. The bidding organization must have 05 years of supply work experience.
2. The bidding organization must have an updated trade license, BIN and other certificates.
3. The bidding organization must submit a copy of the valid dealership certificate of the goods mentioned in the schedule or a certificate of receipt of goods from a valid dealer along with the bid.
4. Samples of each type of item supplied must be provided to the committee during the evaluation of the bid. Otherwise, the quoted price of the said proposal will not be taken into consideration and will be made non-responsive.
5. A catalog of each item must be submitted along with the bid.
6. The model of the item must be submitted according to each specification. If the model is not mentioned,
the bid will not be considered and will be considered as non-responsive. The quoted price of the said proposal will not be taken into consideration.
