* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 416666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 416666 ~ 1250000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) number of similar contracts successfully completed during last 5 (five) years.
(b) Similar nature of work means completion of Building Construction/Repair works valued at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) lac in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate. Private Works will not be considered.
2. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 3.75 (Three point Seven Five) lac over the last 05 (Five) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Average annual Construction turnover i.e., total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e., working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 03.50 (Three Point Five Zero) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
4. The minimum capacity shall be TK. 3.25 (Three Point Two Five) Lac.
5. The Successful Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the Sub-Contractor(s).
