Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all classes of Regular Enlisted Civil contractors of PWD who have the legal capacity to enter into such contract. The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
1. Scanned copy of PWD contractor original Registration Book (first page and last renewal page).
2. All eligible Tenderer must be registered in e-GP system & must have PWD License renewed Financial year 2025-2026 Under Rajbari PWD Division, Rajbari
3. Scanned copy of Original Up to date Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Liquid Asset supported documents a ) Bank Solvency certificate or Letter of credit commitment ( 2.25 Lac Min) with which is issued by competent authority not more than 28 days before opening deadline of the tender.
4. The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
5. Bill will be paid after successful complection of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
6. Tender submission letter (form e-PW2-1) must be filled up properly otherwise the Tender will be non-responsive.
7. The final bill will be paid after successful completion Certificate from the requiring body..
8. VAT Registration certificate 13 Digit only & Income Tax will be imposed as per Valid Govt. circular.
9.. Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
