Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit confirmation letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ Manufacturer’s nominated Overseas Export House/ Trading House stating that the supplied product is New, Unused and in good condition.

The manufacturers who have minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing GPFPLC required material are eligible to participate in the tender.

Manufacturer’s name, model number, Brand name and country of origin must be mentioned in the offer.

At least 2 (Two) proven end user certificate must be submitted with the offer for government, semi-government or autonomous organization confirming the supply of similar (Instrument Related) goods, with their letter head pad, where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address must be submitted by the Tenderer as proven of the tendered goods.

Manufacturer’s country of origin & port of shipment must be mentioned in the offer.

Model must be marked on the body of goods as per standard.

Country of Origin (COO) Certificate and Bill of entry must be submitted along with the goods.

The tenderer must submit a manufacturing confirmation certificate in terms of the goods strictly conforming to the quality and quantity stipulated and a manufacturer test report (QC) and manufacturer Calibration report from the manufacturer with the detailed address at the time of material delivery.

The tenderer must submit manufacturer’s original catalogue in English Version

The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.

One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate (QC).
