Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 25000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of fire hydrant system work as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under public sector in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk 50 lakh within the last 5 years as per TDS.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector is Tk 100 Lakh over the best 3 years in the last 5 financial years which will be based on work completion certificates from public sector. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
d) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk 40 lakh. The credit commitment certificate must be submitted as per prescribed form e-PW2A-8 attached in section 5 (Tender and contract forms).
e) The required tender capacity is Tk 60 Lakh.
f) Black listed/ debarred bidders from public sector will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date valid trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 & PPR-2025.
