Eligibility criteria:
1. General Eligibility
The Tenderer shall be a valid registered company in Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
The Tenderer shall have at least 3 (three) years of experience in supplying branded ICT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, etc.) to government/semi-government/autonomous organizations or large private institutions.
The Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility by any Government authority.
2. Specific Criteria
The Tenderer must be an authorized partner / reseller / distrubutor of the offered brand in Bangladesh
The Tenderer must have supplied at lesat 10 nos of similar producst in the last three years.
