5) The completion certificate and payment certificate under a government, semi-government, or autonomous organization in Bangladesh are official documents generally issued by an officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer of the relevant procuring entity.
6) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of each of the personnel Indicated in Clause 15.1.
