Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) Lakh under 01 (One) of contract(s) in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 41.0 (Forty One) Lakh.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 60.00 (Sixty) Lakh.
5. The Tenderer must possess:
i) Up-to-date Trade License, ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from concerned office, iii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
7. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders.
8. PPR-2025 will be followed in the Tendering and Tender Evaluation Process.
