* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 25000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of RCC Construction works, successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 80 Lac (Eighty Lac) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 85 Lac (Eighty Five Lac) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of the average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40 Lac (Forty Lac).
5) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 80 Lac (Eighty Lac).
