Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in geotechnical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in geotechnical works at least 1 (one) number similar nature of work utilizing hydraulic rotary drilling rigs with a minimum value of Tk 25.00 (twenty five point zero zero) Lakh. in a single contract under public sector successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 20.00 (twenty point zero zero) Lakh. over the last 5 (five) financial years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset i.e. Credit commitment (must be in the Form e-PW2A-8) of Tk 40.00 (forty point zero zero) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 25.00 (twenty-five point zero zero) Lakh. Documentary evidence for tenderer capacity must be submitted.
(f) The capability of the geotechnical firm should be in the “verified and circulated” list of Public Works Department.
(g) The geotechnical firm should have experience of conducting “Downhole Seismic Survey”.
(h) The geotechnical firm must have equipment for Mazier Sampling.
