Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 12000000.

Eligibility criteria:
13.1.a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [Three (3)] years (General Experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organizations).
13.1.b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [5 (Five] years, with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,000.00 [Twenty Five Lakh]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. A satisfactory completion of similar type of supply experience under a single contract at any Government Organization shall be required as a form of work completion report/certificate. Supply of similar Goods means supply of Stationary.
14.1.b. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 35,00,000.00[Thirty Five Lakh] only (Supporting bank document (s) should be issued not more than 10 days before the date of submission of tender.). Submitted liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities certificate must be mentioned with the respective tender ID and name of work. Bank statement will not be considered for liquid assets.
