Brief Description of Package: Fulfill the duties assigned on posts such as Driver (light), Training service (assistant), Cook, Assistant Cook, Gardener, Security Guard, Cleaner, Forash, Moshalchi, Lab Attendant, Hotel Attendant at Bangladesh Petroleum Institute, Uttara, Dhaka.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
2. According to Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015, Rule-7, Tenderers shall have a registered and renewed license.
3. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligation to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
4. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
5.Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
6.any experience certificate issued under outsourcing guideline/2018 or prior will be treated as experience only.
7.contract will be guided by Outsourcing policy 2025 and other approved rules regarding outsourcing issued by GoB.
8.Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supply expires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way.
