Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 466666 ~ 1400000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit Trade license (up to date), Income Tax Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate and Business identification number (BIN) certificate with its e-Tender documents.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of General experience in the supply of related Goods and related services where only the Completion Certificate will be accepted as General Experience.
3. The satisfactory Completion of supply of Related Scientific Goods of minimum 06 Lac under One contract in the last 3 years. It is to be noted that ‘Related Scientific Goods’ shall mean the specific types of Glassware required under this tender. The tenderer must have experience of supplying these items under at least 01 (One) contract of BDT 6,00,000 (Six Lac) or more within the last three (3) years and only the Completion Certificate will be accepted for Qualification.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 6,00,000 (Six Lac).
5. The tenderer must submit the detailed technical specifications on their official letterhead.
6. The tenderer must submit ISO 9001:2015 certificate along with the tender.
7. Manufacturer’s authorization/Details Specification Sheet/MSDS/Catalogue/COA/ Manual Should be Submitted for the Items Specified in the Technical Specifications. The supporting documents for each item (MSDS, Catalogue, COA, Manual, Detailed Specification, etc. if Specified in the Technical Specifications) shall be submitted sequentially in accordance with the item number. Submission of documents in a disorganized manner shall render the tenderer ineligible.
