d) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
e) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
f) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form e-PW2A-8) without alteration.
