Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must have:
1) Up to date valid Trade License.
2) Up to Date Income Tax Certificate.

4) The minimum number of years of general experience in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
5) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of stationery goods of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 18,00,000/=( Eighteen Lakh BDT only)
6) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000/=(Twenty Five Lakh BDT only)
