Brief Description of Package: Supply of Hand Sprayer (Knapsack) for 34 upazilas under Cumilla, Brahmanbari & Chandpur district.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4500000 ~ 13500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer should have minimum 5 years general experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
2. Tenderer must have experience in successfully supplying of similar goods and related services amounting to minimum BDT. 35.00 Lakh (BDT. Thirty Five Lakh Only) under single contract within last 3 (Three) years in Government/Semi government organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 45.00 Lakh (BDT. Forty Five Lakh Only). Credit Facility Certificate issued by the Scheduled bank in favor of tenderer must mention the Tender Name & IFT No. and procuring entity and must not be 28 days before submission of this tender.
4. Must submit audit report with DVC number in the previous Fiscal Year.
5. Annual Turn-over minimum BDT. 45.00 Lakh in the previous Fiscal Year.
Additional criteria:
1. Updated Trade license;
2. Updated VAT & Tax Certificate;
3. Tenderer must upload manufacturer’s authorization letter in company’s letter head pad with complete email address;
4. Manufacturer as well as supplier ISO 9001:2015 certificate must upload;
5. Updated IRC certificate must upload;
6. Any Debarred or Litigation history within last 5 years will be treating as Non-responsive.
