Eligibility criteria:
Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
Incorporation Certificate must be submitted with the offer.
Updated Import Registration Certificate (IRC) submitted with offer.
Manufacturer’s Authorization is required for all the items listed in Price Schedule.
The Supplier shall submit a sample (24"X 24") of before submission tender and sample submission document must be submit with the tender otherwise tender will be rejected.
Gas/Air Permeability Test Certificate, Ultraviolet Radiation (UVR) test certificate, Bursting pressure test certificate, Resistance to flexing test certificate must submitted with the offer.
The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past three (03) years.
Original catalogue/Brochures must be submitted with the offer.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
