Eligibility criteria:
The Supplier must submit updated trade license, Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS & Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet.
Only wooden product manufacturer can participate in the tender process.
The Tenderer must have Automatic/Mechanical Wooden treatment (Chemical treatment) & wood seasoning plant.
Manufacturer’s Authorization is not accepted for the items listed in Price Schedule.
Updated Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification (Organizations applying for the certificate can participate)
Incorporation Certificate must be submitted with the offer.
Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) must be submitted with the offer.
Updated fire license
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Inspection team will visit factory at the time of production of each lot & Collect sample for BUET test (Bending, Compression & Moisture content test) as per offered specification and terms condition of tender.
