Eligibility criteria:
Al egp enlisted tenderer, who ful fils the folowing requirements:
1) All bidder, who have valid trade license, Up-to-date tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate and not debarred ,not bankrupt.
2) The bidder must have the ability to comply with the terms and conditions of TDS, GCC, and PCC.
3) The bidders must have 2 nos amphibious excavators of his own or have the capability to hire/lease. In this regard, the bidders must submit the Certificate of Authorization uploaded in Section 7 (General Specification).
4) Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
