Eligibility criteria:
Al tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing their folowing document
1. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License.
2. Tenderer must submit up to date VAT and Income Tax Certificate(with TIN).
3. Tenderer must submit a bank solvency certificate .
4. Nationality Certificate.
5. Authorization letter
6.Tenderers shal also have to fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
8.PE may cancel the contract at any time within the contract period with prior notice
