* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 45000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer from the countries having no trade and diplomatic relationship with Bangladesh are not eligible
2) All goods and related services are not to be supplied from the countries having no trade and diplomatic relationship with Bangladesh.
3) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4) The bidder must have specific experience as a supplier of similar goods, with at least one (01) contract successfully completed within last 05 (Five) years in any government, semi-government, or autonomous body. The value of the contract should be at least 90,00,000 (Ninety Lakh). The Five-year period will be counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the newspaper.
