Eligibility criteria:
To ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with institutional requirements, the bidder must meet the following minimum qualifications:
The bidder must be a registered Limited Company in Bangladesh with valid legal standing.
The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.
The bidder must have successfully implemented at least two (2) hospital automation projects of similar nature, each with a contract value of not less than BDT 50 lakh (Tk. 5,000,000.00).
Prior experience in developing and implementing similar software solutions for Bangladesh Police will be considered a significant advantage.
Proven expertise in developing and maintaining web-based hospital ERP solutions.
The bidder must possess the following valid and up-to-date documents:

VAT/BIN Registration Certificate
Proof of Tax Return
BASIS Membership Certificate
