Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer shall be 05(five) Years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 50,00,000/- (Fifty lakh). Or 02(two) contracts within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000/- (Thirty- lakh).
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60,00,000/- (Sixty lakh).
4. The tenderer must submit with it's e-tender the following documents :
a) Updated Trade License.
b) Updated Income Tax Certificates.
c) VAT Registration Certificate with updated clearance certificate.
d) Required Experience Certificate/ Work Completion Certificate proving authenticity of specific experience. NOA/Work Order/Purchase Order/Payment Certificate shall not be granted as Experience Certificate/ Work Completion certificate.
5. Must submit brochure/catalogue of proposed devices.
